Cancellation Policy
Our salon requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours are subject to be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost.
We do send out a confirmation/reminder text message and email before your scheduled service and an email the day you booked the appointment.

Tardiness
If you are running late to your appointment, please reach out to your stylist directly.
If you arrive 15+ minutes after your scheduled service time, you are subject to forfeit your service and pay our same day cancellation fee or offered a different service upon the stylists discretion.

Refunds/ Adjustments
Our salon does not offer refunds of any kind (or upon stylists discretion).
Client adjustments will only be honored within 1 week of the original scheduled service. After 1 week you are subject to pay full cost for another appointment.
If you wish to see a different stylist, that future appointment is subject to be full price at their pricing.
If the hair is altered by another salon/yourself our Adjustment policy will be voided.
